The fee to attend a Grateful Doula postpartum doula skills workshop is $500.00. (Be certain to double check the price of your specific workshop as occasionaly these fees vary.) A $100 deposit to hold your space in the workshop is due at the time of registration; the remaining balance is due two weeks prior to class beginning. Class size is limited, so reserve soon.
EARLY BIRD: Should you pay in full three weeks prior to the start date of a workshop, your workshop fee will be reduced by $50 for a total of $450.00.
The fee to attend the workshop covers the cost of the space, the manual provided to you during the workshop, snacks, and my time.*
Work Study Scholarship
There is one work-study scholarship available in each workshop. If you are interested in applying for this, please email me.
I am pleased to be able to offer this Work Study scholarship to individuals who would not be able to attend without this assistance. It is difficult to have to choose just one recipient, because in my opinion, ALL applicants are deserving of this support!
As such, I'm asking those of you who are able and interested to donate* an amount of your choosing to Grateful Doula Services' Work Study Scholarship fund. Please state in the instructions to merchant which specific workshop you wish your donation to go to. I will be certain to provide you with an acknowledgement of how and whom your donation benefited.
*Grateful Doula Services is a for profit organization and as such, your donation is not tax deductible.
Refund Policies
Should for any reason you need to cancel 28 days prior to the start date of the workshop, a refund minus a $25.00 administration fee will be provided. Should you need to cancel 27 to 14 days prior to the workshop, a refund minus $100.00 to cover the cost of supplies* and administration will be provided. If for any reason you need to cancel 13 to 0 days prior to the workshop, no refund will be given. Your fee to attend, however, can be applied to a future workshop.
Right to Cancel a Workshop
Grateful Doula Services reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to low registration. The decision will be made by 21 days prior the workshop. In this case, all monies will be refunded.
